Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 200 ml natural yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • Ice cubes

Steps

  1. Remove the flesh of the mango and place in a blender or food processor. Add in the yogurt, milk, cold water, sugar, and 4 ice cubes. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  2. Pour the lassi into 4 glasses. Add about two ice cubes in each. Serve.
